This Original Winter Blend is a pairing of washed beans carefully sourced for flavour and aroma, roasted to a smooth medium profile for those cold winter mornings.  Every cup opens with an aroma of brown sugar and warming cinnamon, followed by crisp layers of fresh apple.  As the cups starts to cool, rich chocolate balances out the unique savoury hint of sun-dried tomatoes.  Medium acidity.
