Pouring a beautifully balanced low-acid cup, it features a smooth profile mostly of warm cocoa and sweet, toasted marshmallows.  It maintains rich, chocolatey undertones even as it cools down, making it exceptionally versatile for a late-night pour-over or a creamy afternoon decaf latte.
